The number of people hospitalized in Hungary with the new coronavirus infection has risen to 7,532, 580 of them on ventilators, the related government website says.
The new coronavirus infection was detected in another 4,512 Hungarian citizens, thus increasing the number of infected people identified in Hungary to 161,461. 92 patients died in the past 24 hours, bringing the number of deaths to 3,472, and 36,345 have already recovered. The number of active infected people is 121,644.
As telex.hu reports, Hungarian data have reached those of Italy: the number of infections per 100,000 people is 1,230 in both countries.
