The 10th Budapest Jewelry Week kicked off this Monday. Until November 9, the public can view more than 25 exhibitions by nearly 100 artists.
This year, the professional workshops and lectures are organized by the participating jewelry designers, who are also having guided tours and workshops on various topics, as well as performances, in order to engage audiences outside the profession, fostering connections between the artists and the public.
In 2025, in keeping with the tradition of the early years, the focus is on Hungarian jewelry designers. Across multiple locations in Budapest, visitors encounter exhibitions, guided tours and talks related to the art of jewelry.
A wide spectrum of jewelry — from studio jewelry to the borderline of fine art — is on display in exciting solo and group exhibitions. Exhibitors include both recent graduates and established artists who have been part of Jewelry Week from the very beginning.
The festival takes place in the central districts of Buda and Pest, within easy walking distance of each other.
