CallComm Plc. has inaugurated its new office in Nyíregyháza (NE Hungary), located within the local university building. This EUR 2.7 million investment has created 100 new jobs and launched professional and foreign language training programs for 150 employees, paving the way for the company's future international expansion, the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA) reports.
Founded in 2015 and based in Nyíregyháza, CallComm Zrt. is a leading telemarketing service provider in the region and a 100% subsidiary of eSense Nyrt., the only publicly listed call center firm in Hungary. The company specializes in telephone information services at its Nyíregyháza and Miskolc offices, offering a full range of outbound and inbound call handling, from customer service and information lines to telemarketing, receivables management, market research, and data cleansing.
To meet the rising client demands, the EUR 2.7 million investment has allowed CallComm to expand its workforce by 100 employees with the opening of the new office in the University of Nyíregyháza building.
The investment also includes a training program that brings a new era to the Hungarian-owned company. In addition to continuous development of professional competencies, 150 employees will receive advanced foreign language training, enabling the company to handle projects requiring English proficiency and strengthening its market position in the sector.
