Colliers Strategic Agreement with Access4you

Last week, Access4you and Colliers, an international real estate consulting firm, signed a partnership agreement about adding the accessibility assessing company’s rating method to Colliers' building rating portfolio in addition to LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certifications, Colliers says in a statement.

Access4you aims to make office buildings accessible and barrier-free to people with special needs, including people with disabilities. An increasing number of developers have already undertaken the independent accessibility assessment, including CPI Hungary, Atenor, CA Immo, Codic, Skanska and TriGranit.
