188 new infections have been confirmed, bringing the total number of identified infections since the start of the epidemic to 810,504. Over the weekend, three patients died, bringing the total number of coronavirus-related deaths in Hungary to 30,041, according to the weekend totals posted on koronavirus.gov.hu.
Official figures suggest that the number of people cured is now 768,308, and that of active infected people has fallen to 12,155. 92 patients with coronavirus are in hospital, 11 of whom are on ventilators.
The number of vaccinated persons in Hungary is 5,677,606, of whom 5,500,193 people have already received their second vaccination. 118,000 have also received their third vaccination.
