The Hungarian Association of Digital Companies (IVSZ) has joined CyberShield, an initiative to prevent digital financial fraud through education, the Hungarian Banking Association said on Thursday.
By joining CyberShield, IVSZ aims to help SMEs build more effective defences against business fraud.
CyberShield was launched by the banking association, the National Bank of Hungary, the National Police Headquarters, the National Cyber Security Center of the Special Service for National Security and the National Media and Infocommunications Authority in 2022. More members have joined the initiative since, including the Justice Ministry, the Supervisory Authority for Regulatory Affairs, the State Treasury, the National Economy Ministry, the National Protective Service, the Financial Arbitration Body, Visa, Mastercard and state lottery company Szerencsejáték.
