The first shipment of AstraZeneca vaccine, authorized by the European Medicines Agency, arrived in Budapest from Oxford this Saturday.
The consignment placed at the Budapest site of the pharmaceutical wholesale company Hungaropharma will be enough to vaccinate more than 20,000 people. This vaccine is planned to be given to chronic patients under 60 years of age.
