Samsung has announced the ten participants in the first pan-European final of its 'Solutions for Tomorrow' challenge. The international competition will be held in Milan, Italy, at the end of October. The finalists will represent their countries with their own technologically innovative ideas, thereby promoting international networking.

The jury selecting the participants evaluated the creativity of the candidates in various categories, the sophistication of their ideas and the efficiency of their teams. This year's categories included sustainability, health and social change brought about by sports and technology. The latter is the global theme voted on this year by Samsung's 'Together for Tomorrow, Enabling People' community. Participants are committed to using the unifying power of sport and cutting-edge innovation to inspire young people to become leaders of positive social change.

Hungary is represented in the final by Petra & Zóra with their project 'My hormone', which provides comprehensive and easy-to-understand educational materials on the topic of female hormonal balance, thereby filling gaps in public health education. With the support of professional organizations, it promotes long-term understanding and treatment of complex conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

"Every year, the Solutions for Tomorrow challenge attracts impressive innovations and well-developed ideas from all over Europe," Samsung's European marketing director, Benjamin Braun said. "The ten European finalists can be very proud of their achievements so far, and we can't wait to meet them in person in Milan," he added.

The five winners of the European final will have the opportunity to visit Samsung's headquarters in South Korea in 2026, where they can gather further inspiration for their projects.
