Budapest Week Publishing has collected a nice sum in charity at its recent Valentine’s Day Gala evening. The proceeds from that event are used to fulfill the wishes of two children through the Csodalámpa (Magic Lamp) Foundation.
One of the beneficiaries of the amount collected at the Valentine gala is a 16-year-old cancer patient undergoing radiotherapy at the Tûzoltó Street Children's Clinic in Budapest.
On behalf of Budapest Week Publisihing, it was Event and Sponsorship Manager Piroska Trencséni who presented her with a Galaxy Tab tablet computer.
The other recepient of the proceeds is a child from Devecser, western Hungary whose wish will be granted in the near future.
