In its regional graduate program, the energy industry Mol Group will recruit 100 fresh graduates in eight countries this year, who will have the opportunity to start their professional careers at one of the most stable energy companies in Central and Eastern Europe, the company informed MTI on Wednesday.
According to the statement, the Growww program has provided a stepping stone to the world of energy for more than 2,800 young people since its launch. 80% of the participants will continue their careers with the Mol Group after the program in Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, Montenegro, Romania and Croatia.
The company's aim with the program is to expose the newcomers to real business challenges from day one, while providing them with a supportive environment and experienced mentors to immerse them in the energy industry.
The program is open to young professionals with up to one year of work experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the above fields.
