The number of confirmed people infected with the coronavirus in Hungary now stands at 5,002. There are 7,806 people in compulsory home quarantine. The number of those recovered is 3,665, while that of those deceased is 609.
The total number of active COVID-19 cases is 728. The results show that 34% of those infected, 60% of the deceased, and 43% of those recovered live(d) in Budapest. There are currently 57 patients hospitalized with the coronavirus, seven of whom are on ventilators, according to official figures published by the government.
