Over 25,500 Green Number Plates Issued in Jan-Oct

Green number plates were issued for 25,500 all-electric cars in January-October this year in Hungary, the Energy Ministry said in a post on social media on Thursday.

The Ministry noted that the new annual record for green number plates could exceed 30,000 units this year.

The number of green number plates issued to all-electric vehicles in this country so far has come close to 96,000 by October and could reach 100,000 by the end of the year, the Ministry added.
