Successful Women Entrepreneurs Honored

The most successful female leader, female entrepreneur and the most inspiring female success story of 2022 awards have been handed over, the SEED Foundation and the PWA - Association of Successful Women, which launched the competition for the awards in Hungary, informed the state news agency MTI on Friday.

The most successful female leader was Rozália Váczi, CEO of Matyodesign Nonprofit Ltd., who offers older women a job, a way to earn money and a life program, while the most successful female entrepreneurs were Nóra Illés, Melinda Utasi and Ágnes Nagy, who demonstrate the effectiveness of their joint work.

The professional jury awarded the prize for the most inspiring female success story to Tímea Pataki-Szomolányi, CEO of the TündérPakk [Fairy Pack] Public Benefit Foundation, who mobilizes the resources of the business sector to achieve social goals and thus helps other women and people in need, and the special prize to Enikő Szász, a self-employed entrepreneur, for her belief in self-fulfillment.

The SEED Foundation, which works to develop entrepreneurial culture in Hungary, to increase the professional knowledge of entrepreneurs and to improve the competitiveness of small businesses, and PWA, which helps women workers to advance, were looking for applications that showed how women entrepreneurs and women leaders are imagining the post-virus epidemic times, what new direction and strategies they have found to deal with the shock of special situations and to change their attitude.
