213 new infections were registered in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of identified infections in this country since the beginning of the epidemic to 802,723 , according to koronavirus.gov.hu.
41 patients have died over the same period, bringing the total official number of deaths related to the new coronavirus infection to 29,622.
The number of cured persons is now 675,082, and the number of actively infected people has decreased to 98,019. This is the lowest number of active infections since March.
1,373 patients with coronavirus are hospitalised, 148 of whom are on ventilators.
The number of vaccinated persons is 5,040 222, of whom 3,196 604 have already received their second vaccination. This means that 13,693 vaccinations were administered yesterday.
11,878 people are under official quarantine at home.
