A total of 1,072 new infections have been confirmed in the past three days, bringing the total number of identified infections in this country to 818,231 since the beginning of the outbreak, according to the government website koronavirus.gov.hu.

13 patients died from Friday to Sunday, bringing the total number of deaths in this pandemic in Hungary to 30,136.

The number of cured persons is now 780,465 and the number of active infected persons has risen to 7,630. 380 patients with coronavirus are hospitalised, 45 of whom are on ventilators.
