The Hungarian Tourism Quality Certification Board is leading a consortium to set up a digital competency center to support SMES in the tourism and catering sectors.
In a statement on Wednesday, the board said the center would be funded with HUF 1.2 billion in European Union support.
The consortium members include the National Association of Agro- and Rural Tourism, the Hungarian Spa Association and the Hungarian Association of Youth Hostels.
