The 16th Seven Meadows’ Land Festival, which is the largest cultural event in the Õrség region in SW Hungary, icontinues until Sunday, August 20. It includes plenty of concerts and performances by well-known Hungarian musicians.
Programs at the Seven Meadows' Land Festival include
● 16. August - Ripoff Raszkolnyikov Band (jazz, blues)
● 17. August - HolddalaNap Band (Hungarian, Balkan, flamenco music)
● 18. August - Tóth Viktor Arura Trió (jazz)
● 19. August - Makám, interactive concert for kids and adults
● 20. August - final concert: Anima musicae chamber orchestra (classical music)
In addition to the concerts, visitors are able to get to know the ‘Open Homesteads’, one of the main attractions of the Festival. People are welcome to the typical rural houses of Õrség and can attend the workshops of craftsmen and artists and taste the specialties of the local farmers.
