Russian president Vladimir Putin paid a visit to the Hungarian capital this Monday - for the second time this year. At the World Judo Championships, where he is the honorary president of the world federation, he met with Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán while several of his ministers held talks with their Hungarian counterparts.
