Tünde Bognár will take up the position of CEO of Graphisoft Park SE on July 1, following the retirement of János Kocsány, who has managed the company for 30 years, the company announced on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) website on Tuesday.
According to the announcement, Tünde Bognár joins the company from the portfolio management team of a pan-European real estate fund of CBRE Investment Management.
During her almost 20-year professional career, she has worked mainly for international real estate companies and has been a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) international real estate professional association since 2017.
According to the press release, under János Kocsány's 30-year leadership, Graphisoft Park has grown from a few employees of the predecessor software company to a continuously profitable company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange, with office buildings for more than 100 small and large domestic and international companies, mainly engaged in research and development activities, including Microsoft, SAP and Servier, which rent offices in Budapest's greenest office park.
The outgoing CEO will continue to support the company's work as a member of the Board of Directors.
In 2024, the company posted a profit after tax of EUR 17.082 million, up from EUR 10.162 million in 2023. Its turnover increased to EUR 17,261 million from EUR 16,845 million in the same period.
