4iG Space and Defense Technology has signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with with the Czech firm TATRA TRUCKS, which makes makes heavy-duty vehicles for the military and civilian markets, parent company 4iG said in an announcement posted on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange on Monday.
Under the agreement, 4iG S+D has exclusive right to distribute, sell, and market all current and future products manufactured, designed, or otherwise based on the TATRA chassis, and to represent TATRA in Hungary, 4iG said.
In a separate press release, 4iG said the sides would weigh the possibility of using the capacity of Hungarian automotive industry company Rába, a company in which 4iG S+D is set to take over following the closing of an earlier announced transaction.
