“The bigger the daily drive, the more important it is to feel that you are not alone” - says the new advertisement of Soproni, celebrating its 130th anniversary. The beer brand, proud of its tradition and innovation alike, draws attention to the power of community and togetherness.
A statement by parent company Heineken calls attention to the new limited-edition beer Unfiltered Lager that “promises a unique, fresh taste experience - with a little ritual thrown in for good measure.” For the perfect drinking experience, the company recommends turning the can over once before opening it and, if you choose a bottled product, after pouring two thirds of the beer into a pint, gently swirl the liquid left at the bottom of the bottle around and pour it into the glass. The master brewers at Sopron Brewery encourage everyone to try this little ritual - and make the most of this limited-edition specialty beer.
The spectacularly changed design is meant to be a real birthday innovation. The fresh, clean look appeals to the younger generation and creates harmony between the members of the Soproni range. While the image has changed, the high quality and the well-known, popular flavors have been retained. Since 1895, the Sopron Brewery has been working with careful attention to produce beers that contribute to the cultivation of beer culture on a broad scale.
As Katalin Perényi, Marketing Director of HEINEKEN Hungária Plc. puts it, "we have been bringing people together for 130 years – because together is always better! With our new commercial, we want to draw attention to the power of shared experiences. Our most important memories are always of things we have experienced together with others, and Soproni is proud to have been part of unforgettable moments of togetherness since 1895. Innovation is just as much a core value of the brand as the 130 years of tradition."
