Angels' Kitchen's continuously widening repertoire now includes full daily meal delivery, catering, cooking courses, a range of own special teas and natural food supplements, individual and group consultancies and therapies. Angels’ Kitchen is the only service in Hungary that delivers individually designed complete daily menus for people wishing to achieve long-term weight loss in the most natural way: by eating low calorie, but, at the same time, nutritionally rich and delicious food. Brainchild of Kata Dudás, a trained psychologist who gained insights into the mechanisms of eating disorders, while studying for her degree in the UK, Angels’ Kitchen uses a uniquely developed system based on psychological and nutritional principles. “Our mission is to educate our clients about healthy eating and teach them how to put these principles into practice,” says Dudás. Her concept
is to provide a holistic approach to eating, diet and exercise, which is founded on wholesome foods, underpinned by proven psychological methods.
Shoulder to shoulder
Dudás, who’s also a practitioner of yoga and NIA, and has studied these disciplines
extensively in Thailand and Israel, started her “angelic” business in 2001. Since then, up to 3,000 clients have been on this exciting path of self discovery, which leads to better health, selfknowledge, and the achievement of the ideal body weight. With a team of psychologists, dieticians and specially trained chefs, Angels’ Kitchen provides clients full support. They are happy for them when they see the results, and should they fall, they pull them back together. “Dieting is hard work for the body,” agrees Dudás. That’s why we supplement the dieting period with regular consultations and support. I want my clients to feel that we are there for them, shoulder to shoulder.”
“One of our latest developments is our catering service,” reveals Dudás. “These meals are not ‘diet food’, but are prepared from pure ingredients using professional kitchen technology. We are very happy to cater for children’s parties, as we firmly believe that it’s vital for children to become acquainted with a healthy way of eating as early as possible,”
she continues, adding that they can compile a menu for special diets, as well, such as diabetes, lactose intolerance, Candida and gluten intolerance, as well as care for pregnant or breast feeding mothers. “We organize regular cooking courses at a purpose-built Budapest venue, and are also happy to hold courses in English.”
As a result of the new partnership between Angels’ Kitchen and Budapest’s KOGART Restaurant, it’s now possible to eat angelic delicacies at private and business meetings. The special Business Lunch menu of the restaurant contains dishes prepared according to the principles of Angels’ Kitchen.
