Delta Group Acquires Majority Stake in UpScale HOLDING

Delta Group is acquiring a 51% stake in asset management company UpScale HOLDING, pending on the fulfillment of closing conditions, the listed IT company said in a statement.

Delta pointed out that the transaction will gave it an indirect controlling stake in UpScale IT Informatikai Szolgáltató, an IT services company, and UpScale Labs.

Delta Group added that the acquisition improves its profitability and provides digitalisation competence within the group, especially one based on artificial intelligence.

UpScale is a fast-growing high-end IT service provider operating in Hungary, which provides, among other things, complex software development and AI-based solutions for medium-sized and large corporate clients. UpScale HOLDING's consolidated revenue in 2025 reached almost HUF 1bn and the number of its employees was near 40, Delta said.

Delta Group had HUF 23.9 billion consolidated revenue in its business year that ended in June 2025.
