According to the trivago Rating Index (tRI), the southeastern town of Makó tops the list of Hungarian settlements as the town's hotels received the best reviews from travelers. Hungary was 13th in the ranking of European countries, the Hungarian news agency MTI reports.
Each year, the trivago.hu is preparing a list of the highest rated European countries and Hungarian settlements based on more than 175 million traveler reviews. The index shows the ratings from zero to ten. The 2018 year Rating Index is based on traveler reviews made this year.
