In compliance with its obligation to provide notification of extraordinary events as set out in a decree of the Minister of Finance, ALTEO Plc. has announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange that this Thursday, the company exercised its purchase right under the contract concluded between itself and Callis Ltd., thus concurrently, the sale and purchase agreement for the business quota representing 100% of the issued capital of Aerope Holding Ltd. of HUF 3,000,000 entered into force as of today.
As a result, ALTEO has today acquired ownership of the company.
Aerope Holding is currently a project company that owns a solar farm project with a total of 19.95 MW of grid connections in the early licensing phase. By way of the acquisition, ALTEO intends to further expand its portfolio of renewable energy power plants.
The acquisition is fully in line with Aerope Holding’s strategy, updated at the beginning of 2022, which sets the objective of further increasing renewable capacities.
