The TritonLife Group has opened the first imaging diagnostic center in Veszprém in the North Balaton region, equipped for special examinations, the private healthcare provider informed MTI on Friday.
According to the statement, the center was equipped with the most modern technology and TritonLife spent one billion HUF on its development.
The 680-square-meter diagnostic center currently has 11 medical specialists and seven highly qualified medical assistants. It expects to be able to perform 20,000 diagnostic imaging examinations per year. At the current opening hours, a maximum of 6,240 MRI, 4,680 CT scans, 9,360 X-rays and 2,500 ultrasound scans can be performed annually, but the number of scans can be increased by extending the opening hours in case of higher demand, they said.
The statement quotes Péter Haraszti, founding CEO of TritonLife, as saying that the radiology diagnostic center will complement the existing TritonLife outpatient care system in Veszprém, taking another step towards providing complex services and care to the North Balaton region.
The new center is part of the TritonLife Group's national expansion strategy, and in the coming period the group will also be present in other counties in the field of imaging diagnostics, the founder-CEO said.
