Alverad Technology Focus Ltd.’s AI-powered cybersecurity auditing and consulting platform could strengthen digital resilience, the company told MTI.
Under the Széchenyi Plan Plus program, the company received a non-repayable grant of HUF 209.53 million to create the system through a call for proposals supporting the market entry of digital economy players, citing growing cyber threats and regulations as justification.
In such an environment, users need automated assistance that, based on the project description available on the grant website, helps process the legal framework, interpret cybersecurity requirements, provides opportunities for self-assessment and the selection of protective measures, ensures their effective implementation, and offers a stable documentation framework. The system reduces administrative burdens and is applicable internationally, making it a commercially competitive product, they wrote.
The project, with a total cost of over HUF 311.77 million, is scheduled to conclude in December 2027, according to the palyazat.gov.hu website.
According to its website, the company, which specializes in security management and cyber defense, also operates a cybersecurity lab and conducts research activities with its academic and business partners. Based on its publicly available financial statements, Alverad Technology Focus Kft. reported revenue of HUF 1.54 billion in 2023 and HUF 1.80 billion in 2024, with profits rising from HUF 120.1 million to HUF 253.6 million.
