Hungary's largest ICT employer, IT Services Hungary, will continue to operate under the Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions brand from 1 July, the company’s announcement is quoted by the news site Napi.hu.
The purpose of the name change, according to the communication note, is to "simplify the international telecommunications business structure of the German parent company, improve the efficiency of cooperation within the company group and improve customer service."
A new firm ‘Deutsche Telekom IT and Telecommunications Hungary Ltd.’, will be established as a spin-out of IT Services Hungary on July 1, 2020, while the remaining part will be renamed as Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Hungary Ltd. Together, the two companies will be given a new brand name: Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions.
In connection with the restructuring of Deutsche Telekom AG's international B2B organization, the telecommunications-related services previously owned by DTAG's subsidiary, T-Systems International GmbH, will be transferred to Telekom Deutschland GmbH on July 1, 2020. At the same time, in order to secure efficient operation, there will be no more shared responsibility between different segments of the group. Areas of telecommunications services include, for example, network infrastructure as well as mobile communications services for large enterprises and business customers.
