Magyar Telekom's Digitalization Consulting Program for SMEs will be launched in March, providing management consulting, online marketing consulting, financial and legal support, tailored to the needs of SMEs, the operator told MTI on Monday.
With the service, which is available free of charge, Telekom aims to support the digital transformation of businesses so that they become more resilient in all market situations, they pointed out.
The statement said that one third of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Hungary have already embarked on the path of digitalization, and based on international trends, the issue of transformation will be on the agenda of other players in the segment in the foreseeable future. With the changing external environment and conditions, SMEs are also facing a number of new challenges to which they have to respond from time to time.
Telekom's Hello Biznisz platform, which has been running for almost six years, has already provided a lot of support to SME customers. Taking into account the feedback, the portfolio will be expanded in March with the Digitalization Consulting program, under which Telekom will support businesses in their development by providing free management consulting, online marketing advice, and answers to questions on financial and legal matters in four areas. Telekom's partner in the program is CGP Europe.
The program is open to sole traders and SMEs with a Telekom business subscription, up to once a month for one hour, free of charge and anonymously. A total of 100 hours of consultation per month will be provided by Telekom and its partner.
