Hungary's Border Closure Extended

The Hungarian government has again extended the closure of the country's borders first introduced on September 1 this year.

According to the border closure measure, foreign citizens may enter the territory of Hungary only with justified exceptions, while Hungarian citizens returning from abroad must be quarantined.

The government decree was extended several times and the end of the current extension is February 1, 2021.
