The A1 and B1 halls of the first phase of the East Gate Pro Business Park, developed by WING Plc., have been awarded the BREEAM International New Construction Very Good sustainability rating, portfolio.hu reports.
The halls have earned the rating for their sustainable energy and water efficient management, among other things. The development has been carried out using environmentally friendly building materials that are easy to clean and free of pollutants, and has focused on energy-efficient solutions and reducing the environmental impact of the construction by recycling waste generated during the construction process.
The first halls of the East Gate Pro Business Park developed by WING, opened in the fall 2022, have achieved a 'Very Good' rating in the BREEAM New Construction sustainability-based framework. The framework assesses buildings in nine categories, and the halls have earned the rating for sustainable, energy and water efficient management, high quality insulation (min. 16°C internal temperature provided), among other things.
