On February 9 alone, a group of 24 people, identifying themselves as the citizens of Pakistan, India and Nepal, was caught in the Röszke area, near the city of Szeged, after they cut through the fence on the Serbian-Hungarian border and entered Hungary illegally.
As of February 5, police presence was increased along the Serbian-Hungarian border fence due to a higher and higher number of illegal immigrants.
