Hungarians are most concerned about losing their jobs or becoming poor, an international survey by the Ipsos group conducted in 27 countries late last year and now released to the Hungarian news agency MTI shows.
In the survey 74% of Hungarian respondents called unemployment their greatest fear, followed by impoverishment (68%). Mostly the elderly, those with low qualification and women are afraid of poverty. 42% called corruption a concern in the third place, compared to 53% a year earlier.
