“It is a great challenge for me to manage the Hungarian national team. I would like to unite the successful Norwegian and Hungarian styles. I have been in Hungary for 6-7 weeks, but I’m impressed how much players train here,” Böhn said.
The previous manager of the national team, Eszter Mátéfi, a former Hungarian international, resigned June 12th after the team suffered a double defeat from Germany in a world championship qualification duel, thus, will be missing from the world championship tournament and is very likely to be absent from the 2012 London Olympic Games, as well.
