Hungary’s largest car importer, Porsche Hungária organized a children's day for the families of the National Association of Large Families (NOE) on Saturday at the Driving Camp driving track in Zsámbék.
At the opening ceremony, László Bak, member of the NOE board, said that participants were invited to the event after pre-registration in order to have time together and a joint program for large families in need with few recreational opportunities.
The National Association of Large Families has been in existence since 1987 and is in contact with 14,000 families nationwide. They represent their interests and organize programs, recreational activities, meetings, concerts and sporting events for them, László Bak said.
Ádám Rozgonyi, CUPRA Brand Director at Porsche Hungaria, said that the company organizes, as part of its social responsibility, several events for children every year, including a car experience for children recovering from a serious illness.
The programs include driving a car simulating a Formula One track in Mogyoród, go-karting and driving a car with a trained driver, where children can experience what it is like to drive a car on a slippery track.
