Zwack Unicum Nyrt. has expanded its team with a new leader. Beáta Harcsa will now fill the position of Marketing Director, bringing more than twenty years of domestic and regional FMCG experience to the company. Starting in September 2025, her job will be to support Zwack's iconic brands and develop forward-looking marketing strategies.
Beáta Harcsa began her career at Nestlé, where she worked on the Maggi brand, then led Danone's regional brand team, where she was responsible for the marketing of several brands, including Actimel, in 13 countries. She then held the position of strategic and marketing director at the Bonafarm Group in the dairy and winery sectors, where her responsibilities included developing marketing strategies for the Mizo and Teleki brands, as well as building and leading the marketing team.
During her career, she has managed the implementation of numerous complex business and marketing-focused projects and led organizational, digital, and marketing transformations. Her experience includes innovation and go-to-market strategies, as well as team leadership in multi-market and domestic environments.
